(Situation 1 : Call Receptionist and Make an Appointment)

Receptionist : "Hello. It's Lawang Medika Hospital.
How can I help you?"
Mr. Zalim : "Hello. I'm Zalim. I was feeling bad about my body these days. I got sick and felt like I was getting worse. So many news circulating about corona virus. I'm afraid that the symptom are corona virus."
Receptionist : "Ok, Mr. Zalim. Can you tell me how the symptom that you feelt?"
Mr. Zalim : "Since five days ago i've a cold. And next day i got fever and cough. My throat was sick. It's been three days since my body temperature reached 36°C."
Receptionist : "How old are you Mr. Zalim? Do you have a history of disease?"
Mr. Zalim : "I'm 33 years old. Yeah, actually I have a diabetes since 30 years old.
Receptionist : Ok. Do you also have a respiratory disorder?"
Mr. Zalim : "Yes, I find it hard to breathe sometimes."
Receptionist : "Alright, Mr. Zalim. You must be doing laboratory tests with the doctor as soon as possible."
Mr. Zalim : "Yes, sir. I 'd like to make an appointment with the doctor."
Receptionist : "Sure. Have you been here before?"
Mr. Zalim : "No, i haven't."

Mr. Zalim : "Sure. No problem, sir."
Receptionist : "Please fill this registration form to proceed this appointment. I'll send you the form via WhatsApp. Wait a minute."
Mr. Zalim : "Ok. (Reading the form carefully.) Should I fill in the medical insurance number column? I don’t have medical insurance."
Receptionist : "You can skip that."
Mr. Zalim : "Oh, Okay."
Receptionist : "Alright Mr. Muhammad Zalim. I will set you up today at 2 p.m."
Mr. Zalim : "Yes, sir. Thanks so much."
Receptionist : "You're welcome. See you, Mr. Zalim. Don't forget to wear a mask on your way over here. Make sure you bring your own vehicle safely."
Mr. Zalim : "Sure. See you too."

(Situation 2 : Meet the doctor and doing lab. test)
(At 2 p.m)

Doctor : "Hello, are you Mr. Muhammad Zalim?"
Mr. Zalim : "Yes, doctor. I'm Zalim."
Doctor : "Ok. I've seen your form. Is it true you're worried about corona virus?"
Mr. Zalim : "Yes. I felt that the symptom like a corona virus."
Doctor : "Ok. I'll doing some test to you. First, you must doing a laboratory test and i'll doing a chest x-ray to you. If there is a problem about your lungs, you should do the throat swab. It took quite a while to wait for the results of this series of tests. So, while awaiting your test results, you must be hospitalized."
Mr. Zalim : "Of course. I'll doing the series of the test."

(After a few days)

Doctor : "Mr. Zalim, the test results showed that you are positive corona virus. Which means you must be isolation and hospitalization. Do not give up on getting well."
Mr. Zalim : "Yes, sir. Thanks for your support."
Receptionist : "You're welcome."
